• Delivery fees are clearly shown before confirming the order.

4. Delivery

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to traffic, weather, or restaurant delays. Brzzi is not responsible for delays beyond reasonable control.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

Orders may be canceled before preparation begins. Once an order is being prepared or delivered, cancellation may not be possible.

6. Prohibited Use

Users must not misuse the service, including but not limited to:

• Providing false information
• Abusing couriers or restaurants
• Attempting to exploit the system

7. Limitation of Liability

Brzzi acts as an intermediary between users, restaurants, and couriers. We are not responsible for food quality or actions of third parties.

8. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service means you accept the updated Terms.
